Pre-Con Manager D&B – Freelance\n\n Working for blue chip clients with a global D&B firm who are professional, get repeat work and treat their staff well.\n\nI need a strong Pre-Con Manager to:\n\n✅ Prepare Schedules / Scopes of Works - whether Budget Costs or Fixed Price Contract Sums.\n✅ Retain and grow relationships with trusted and reliable specialist sub-contractor\n✅ Ensuring best price is always achieved.\n✅ Management of sites to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.\n✅ Presenting Scopes & Costs & Project Programmes to end-user clients.\n✅ Have an in depth knowledge of the D&B world
