Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager (Purchasing, Estimating & Permitting)

Location: Southwest Florida, Cape Coral Office

Job Type: Full-Time, Salary position (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Manager to support our

team in purchasing, estimating, and permitting. This role is critical in ensuring projects move

efficiently from pre-construction through build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage construction estimates and budgets

• Coordinate and issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors

• Track material costs, pricing updates, and vendor relationships

• Manage the permitting process, including submissions, revisions, and approvals

• Coordinate with municipalities and ensure compliance with local building codes

• Maintain accurate job files and documentation

• Work closely with project managers and vendors

• Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or issues

• General operational support as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential construction, home building, or related field

• Strong knowledge of estimating, purchasing, and permitting processes (a plus)

• Experience with BuilderTrend program (a plus)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
