PPA Origination Manager (m/f/d) – Renewable Energies
Location: Hamburg / Munich (50% remote)

We are working with a major independent renewable energy producer that’s expanding its commercial team and looking for an experienced PPA Origination Manager to support their growth across Europe.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in structuring and negotiating long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and managing complex stakeholder relationships in the renewable energy space.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the negotiation and structuring of long-term PPAs across various European markets

Develop tailored offtake strategies in alignment with company goals and asset pipeline

Drive commercial negotiations with corporates, utilities, and other offtakers

Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to support origination strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and technical teams
Your Profile:

Proven experience in PPA origination, structuring, or energy trading

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of renewable power markets

Background in working with IPPs, utilities, large corporates, or traders

Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in English; German or other European are a plus
