Power Washing and Property Maintenance Field Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the company vehicle to the job site
• Load and unload equipment from work vehicles
• Operate pressure washing and soft washing machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., fences, driveways, siding, roofs)
• Apply detergent safely as needed
• Window Cleaning following safety guidelines
• Gutter Cleaning and shining services
• Check equipment for good working order and water supply
• Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning
• Review completed work with the customer
• Home Improvement projects as needed, including but not limited to: deck staining, driveway sealant, flooring, sheetrock repair and painting projects
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and client property
• Accurately log of each trip, expenses and job start and stop times
• Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using our field management and routing application
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of previous experience using pressure washing equipment
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and complete standing work in all weather
• Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients
• Can work independently and as part of a team environment
• Can communicate well (multiple are a plus)
• Experience using scheduling apps and routing apps (training can be provided)

COMPENSATION

· Compensation (based on experience)
