Position : Experienced
Distribution Engineering Manager
to lead utility sector projects, drive strategic growth, and mentor high-performing teams.
What You'll Do:
Lead multiple engineering departments and manage key client relationships
Drive business development and cross-functional collaboration
Oversee project execution with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency
Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff
Represent the firm at high-level client meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For:
BS in Electrical Engineering (Master's )
PE License
Strong background in the power utility sector
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
