JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Diagnose Issues: Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.
Repair Tools: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
Warranty Repair: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.
Testing: Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.
Team Interaction: Communicate with engineer team on product related issues
Miscellaneous: Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic. Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
Ability prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
Strong attention to detail.
Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of power tools repair experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Spanish

EXPERIENCE:
2 years of Power Tools Repair Experience.
Bachelors Degree in related field of study.
