Job Summary

The Power Services Manager oversees daily power operations at a designated venue, ensuring resource efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include labor management, budgeting, and aligning with company goals.

Essential Functions

Coordinate with Venue Leadership, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure power standards and operational excellence.

Plan and allocate labor based on event schedules, estimating work hours needed.

Interpret floorplans, specifications, and job orders; supervise technicians to ensure safety and quality.

Coach and guide Power staff, promoting performance improvements.

Implement process improvements and equipment strategies to improve efficiency.

Troubleshoot operational issues and support technicians on-site.

Manage records of labor, materials, and equipment.

Oversee power equipment requisitions, inspections, and usage.

Review electrical load calculations for safety and compliance.

Collaborate with clients on labor and equipment needs for events.

Complete documentation related to sales, labor, and equipment.

Ensure return and proper repair of damaged equipment.

Perform additional duties as needed to support the department and company.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree; related experience .

Ability to interpret floor plans and 3D drawings.

Knowledge of Power safety procedures and local union rules.

Minimum of 5 years Electrical experience.

Skills & Certifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience with complex assignments requiring judgment and initiative.

ETCP Entertainment Electrician or Portable Power Distribution certification .

Journeyman Electrician certification .
