Collaborate with Power Platform Architects and senior engineers to implement approved solution designs and technical standards
Support enhancements and ongoing development of custom Power Platform solutions built from the ground up
Ensure all solutions comply with established governance, security, and enterprise quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, patterns, and documentation

Practical experience with ALM deployments, including solutions, environments, and release management
Strong understanding of when to use Power Automate vs. plugins vs. platform features
Ability to operate within established architecture, governance, and design standards
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI capabilities within Power Platform, such as Copilot or AI Builder
