Location: Washington, DC
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Clearance: Due to the nature of this contract, US Citizenship is required. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be clearable to a Department of Homeland Security
(DHS) CBP clearance. Active DoD clearance .
About The Position: We're looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team and help us build innovative solutions! In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective, user-friendly solutions that drive efficiency and improve business processes.

Required Skills:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage complex automated workflows using Power Automate (flows) to streamline processes and integrate with various data sources.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and external systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications, flows, and integrations.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and its role in Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with SharePoint integration and list management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, or other scripting .
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).
