Power Platform Developer
Position: Power Platform Developer.
Location: Washington DC (4 days onsite per week)
Skills: Powerplatform consultant (Canvas, SharePoint, Power Automate, Azure functions, Dataverse, PowerBI integrations, AD integration, Azure DevOps, Copilot studio and Vibe PowerApps)
Must: Need to liaise with onsite and offshore team and work on deliverables connecting with business stakeholders / analysts / PO, also cascade to Offshore on timely basis.
Detailed JD:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with proven delivery in enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise required for each developer: Power Platforms (Canvas), Power Automate, .NET with React JS, Azure DevOps, SQL proficiency (SQL Server / Oracle / any relational DB)
Experience in AI driven development approach using Copilot / Vibe coding is a plus.
Our expectation for the onsite role is that the person should be able to provide technical guidance and develop solutions in Power platform,.Net /React JS (UI) and Azure DevOps integrations and collaborate well with client business and offshore developers and lead on technical side and also contribute to architectural setup, activities, take initiatives and collaborate.
Handson in UI integrations, Azure devops, - build and deploy is a must
Hands on in unit testing and do code review, what all the ways to get them improve productivity in work using copilots, vibe
All work will be executed in alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) as practiced by client, including participation in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events, and adherence to program Definitions of Ready and Done.
