Power Platform DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC Contract: 12 months | Potential conversion Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Arrangement: First 30 days onsite 5 days/week; then hybrid 3 days onsite/week Max Pay Rate: $61/hr (W2 only)We are seeking a Power Platform Developer / Business Process Automation Analyst to help improve operational efficiency through process improvement, workflow automation, and low-code application development.The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development with strong business process and analytical skills. You will work with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.What You'll Do:Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsGather and document business requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomesDesign, build, test, and support Microsoft Power Apps solutionsDevelop automated workflows using Power AutomateIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise data sourcesBuild forms, screens, business rules, notifications, and workflow logicSupport data validation, exception handling, and governance requirementsDevelop operational metrics, reporting, and dashboardsTranslate business requirements into practical technical solutionsDocument solution architecture, requirements, workflows, and support proceduresParticipate in Agile ceremonies and solution demonstrationsProvide end-user training and supportRequired Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform developmentExperience developing Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)Experience building Power Automate workflows2+ years of experience in business processes, process improvement, operations, or operational excellenceExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, or SQLPreferred Qualifications:Power BI experiencePower Fx, APIs, or custom connectorsFinancial services, risk, compliance, or regulatory operations experienceAgile/Scrum/SAFe experienceLean Six Sigma, PMP, or Microsoft Power Platform certificationExperience supporting enterprise-scale automation initiatives
