Position Summary
Armavel, LLC is offering an opportunity to be a part of a growing, forward-thinking team in an engaging, fast-paced environment. As a CIE Power Platform Developer you will work closely with a team of other Developers and IT professionals to design, build, and deploy custom business applications and automation solutions. You will translate user requirements into functional, secure, and reliable tools within the SharePoint Online environment. You will design, code, install, and maintain functional programs and application. You will also perform unit and integration testing and evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features. This position requires direct engagement with command personnel to deliver solutions that streamline processes, enhance communications, and support data-driven decision-making. This position requires an ACTIVE SECRET clearance (or higher) and will be a hybrid role requiring time spent in the Norfolk, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Power Platform Development (NIPR & SIPR).
- Expert-level experience developing and deploying Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate solutions on both NIPRnet and SIPRnet M365 environments.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online as a data source, including list creation, permissions management, integrating applications, creating libraries, and data structuring for use in Power Apps.
- Proficiency in writing complex formulas for data manipulation, logic, and UI/UX functionality within Power Apps
- Working knowledge regarding JSON logic.
- Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- At least 4 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
- SharePoint Online experience strongly desired.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (O365) suite.
- Knowledge of supporting tools, including: Power BI, Power Apps, PowerShell, ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
- Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience developing secure code within a Government, Healthcare, or other Privacy Sensitive environment.
- Understanding of Cloud Systems Architecture.
- Experience with a risk management framework such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, HITRUST, FedRAMP, etc., is helpful.
- Federal Information Systems experience & knowledge of the security control assessment process is helpful.
- Must be a US , with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
