Develop and maintain the architectural design and roadmap for Power Apps and Power Platform/Power Automate solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.

Deliverable:

Architectural design documents outlining the roadmap and recommendations for Power Apps and Power Platform/Power Automate solutions.

Solution Integration:

Collaborate with Application Developers, SharePoint Administrator, and ITB team to design and oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions and other systems.

Deliverable:

Integration documentation for Power Platform and other systems.

Technology Evaluation:

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards related to Power Platform and recommend improvements.

Deliverable:

Technology evaluation outlining the findings, recommendations, and potential impact on current and future Power Platform solutions.

Workflow Automation:

Design and implement complex workflows and automation solutions using Power Platform/Power Automate, streamlining business processes.

Deliverable:

Documentation of workflow automation designs, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications.

Guidance and Recommendations:

Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance to the Power Apps/SharePoint development team. Provide guidance to ITB on best practices for designing efficient and effective workflows. Offer recommendations for optimizing existing processes and identifying automation opportunities.

Deliverable:

Regularly updated best practices documentation and recommendations for workflow design, optimization, and automation opportunities.

Programming and Technologies:

Proficiency in the Power Platform suite, and related Microsoft technologies for designing and implementing automation solutions.

Deliverable:

Code samples, reusable components, and technical documentation for implemented automation solutions showcasing proficiency in relevant programming and technologies.
