Talent Acquisition Specialist | HR Partner - North America at TCS
Role: Power Platform Architect
Location: Newark, NJ
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; a
Master's degree is a plus.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
· Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and
· Experience with rapidly building solutions using leading low-code platforms.
· Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices when developing
solutions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into
technical specifications.
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvements.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate
effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
A proactive mindset and a passion for exploring new technologies to enhance business processes.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including
Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
· Experience in custom development using .NET, React js
· Create automated workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
· Optimize existing processes and data flows to ensure they are efficient, non-redundant,
and systematic.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their
· Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring robust and scalable
implementations.
· Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and
reliability.
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including
troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Document solutions and workflows clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and support
organizational continuity
Salary Range - $100,000-$150,000 a year
