Power Mechanical Engineering
We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Power Engineering in our Germantown, WI, Concord, WI or Paris, WI locations. This role will begin in May/June 2026 and will be full-time through the summer. The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00 with paid company holidays.

Job Summary

Troubleshooting operation and maintenance issues
Failure investigation
Project support
Assist in managing small projects
Equipment reliability
Equipment and plant performance and optimization
Drawing reviews and updates
Procedure reviews and updates
Ensure adherence to codes and standards
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and other related Engineering majors with a graduation date after June 2026.
Minimum GPA of 2.8
