Power Limited Technician - IP Cameras / Low Voltage

Lovdal Electronics is a small, family-owned company based in Saint Paul that has served the Twin Cities for over 30 years. We’re currently seeking a dependable Power Limited Technician to join our team for field work focused on:

• IP camera system troubleshooting (i-PRO)

• Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber, patch panels)

• Network switch and PoE troubleshooting

• Service work for Metro Transit and commercial sites

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A valid Minnesota PLT license (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong experience in field service, IP camera systems, or structured cabling

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in the field

• Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided later)

• Clean and professional communication with clients

What We Offer:

• $25–$30 per hour starting pay

• Flexible, part-time hours (some weeks lighter, some heavier but should be at least 20-30 per week.)
