Job Description

Power Supply Design Engineer Opportunity!

Are you an engineer who loves turning complex requirements into elegant, reliable hardware solutions? We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on design work and wants to take ownership of technical challenges from concept through to delivery.

In this role, you’ll work on a wide variety of customer-driven power-related projects, developing and adapting products to meet unique performance, safety, and compliance needs. You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team where prototyping, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are part of the everyday environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and developing tailored power solutions from concept to qualification

• Creating and validating circuits, prototypes, and test plans

• Working closely with internal teams on specifications, costs, and project timelines

• Supporting customer enquiries, technical discussions, and project milestones

• Contributing to documentation, analysis, and engineering reports

• Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting cross-functional collaboration

• Participating in ongoing improvement initiatives within the engineering function

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have solid experience with modern power topologies and design principles

• Enjoy hands-on bench work, testing, and solving real hardware challenges

• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and colleagues

• Are organised, methodical, and comfortable working within defined processes

• Are eager to keep learning and stay current with emerging technologies

• Are willing to travel occasionally when projects require it
