Front-End Developer (Level II)

We are seeking a Front-End Developer (Level II) to join a dynamic employment law team focused on digitization, automation, and process optimization. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and leverage emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Development: Build and refine workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, Outlook, and SharePoint. Integrate Adobe Sign for digital signatures, payment processing, and automated document storage.
Data Analytics: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize case metrics, compliance tracking, and legal spend. Consolidate and harmonize data from Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise data lakes.
AI Enablement: Collaborate on the design, training, and deployment of Copilot agents for document creation, summarization, and intake analysis. Support chatbot/Copilot knowledge base development.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct testing, quality checks, and documentation. Create training materials and presentations to enable team adoption. Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to drive enhancements.
Team & Projects: You will join a team of five professionals working independently on initiatives such as: Contract automation Power BI dashboard development Document workflows with Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign Form redesign and optimization Building Copilot agents for legal document creation This position is critical to accelerating automation solutions and reducing turnaround times.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years (open to less with strong expertise in Microsoft tools).
Technical Skills: Power Automate workflow development Power BI dashboard creation and optimization Strong focus on user experience (UX)
Core Competencies: Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in dynamic environments Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize effectively
Additional Skills: Familiarity with Copilot development in enterprise systems Understanding of machine learning concepts and operational process design
Top 3 Must-Haves: Expertise in Microsoft tools (Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate) Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver Strong UX design and implementation skills
