Hi! We are looking for some great people to come join our team of cleaners. We clean new construction such as stores, offices, apartments, etc. We really need someone who is a team player, who isn't afraid of getting dirty sometimes, and who has the drive to accomplish set goals. MUST BR RELIABLE!!!!!

• W -2 employee

• Pay $16 - $25 to start depending on experience & motivation

• Prefer experienced cleaners/laborers

• Need people w drive & independence.

• Be comfortable at construction sites

• Be able to drive to multiple places a day if necessary

• Must have your own hardhat, boots, & hi-viz shirt or vest. Can be provided at a cost

• 30 day probationary period w possible raise after that (if qualified)

• Hours are usually 7 - 3:30 M -F but may vary at certain times

• Nights/ weekends are offered occasionally, but usually only emergency situations

We have solo projects or crews going to different locations to do what the customer needs. *YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE JOB TO JOB IN 1 DAY IF NECESSARY* We have done many new & restored buildings in Detroit, million $ condos, huge apartment buildings, and many stores at Somerset. It's always something different. We are looking to build teams now. The atmosphere is fast paced and fun.
