Job Title: Portfolio Quality Control Analyst

Location: Reston, VA

Compensation: $68000 – $72000 / Year

Type of Employment: Direct Hire- Hybrid

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing financial services organization, to hire a Portfolio Quality Control Analyst. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative team during an exciting growth phase.


Position Overview

  • The Portfolio QC Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the company’s portfolio operations. This is a hybrid position (remote with 1–2 days in office per week after training) and provides opportunities to contribute to a small but dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming mail, documents, and files, including scanning, imaging, and secure uploads into internal systems.
  • Maintain and update databases and records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Reconcile account documentation and inventory records.
  • Route tasks and files to the appropriate teams and managers.
  • Support workflow alignment by pulling reports and monitoring progress.
  • Review call data and documentation for accuracy and proper handling.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree .
  • 3–4 years of administrative, data entry, or document processing experience (financial services experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; intermediate Excel skills strongly .
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive with strong communication abilities.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid schedule.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
  • Location: Hybrid (remote training; on-site 1–2 days/week after office reopens)
