About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter & Maintenance Associate to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and ready to serve our guests each day. This position plays a key role in both maintaining a spotless environment and ensuring that all deliveries are checked in and stored properly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Porter Duties:
  
  • Receive and check in all incoming produce, meat, and paper goods
• • Verify deliveries against invoices for accuracy
• • Organize and properly store all items in designated areas (walk-ins, dry storage, etc.)
• • Rotate stock and maintain a clean and orderly storage environment
• Maintenance & Cleaning Duties:
  
  • Clean and sanitize booths, tables, and chairs
• • Wipe down and polish the bar area
• • Deep clean and restock restrooms
• • Clean and maintain restaurant equipment and floors
• • Empty trash and replace liners
• • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
• • Ensure all cleaning is completed before opening hours

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in porter, janitorial, custodial, or restaurant work (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
