Your Role: Pool Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Pool Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being outdoors. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our customers’ pools — helping us fulfill our mission of delivering proactive, top-notch service every single week.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, and walls; brush and skim for debris
  
  
• Clean pump baskets, skimmers, and tiles
  
  
• Test and balance water chemistry
  
  
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
  
  
• Log service updates and photos through the Pool Service Software App
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and team about pool conditions and care
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior pool experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
