Your Role: Pool Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Pool Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being outdoors. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our customers’ pools — helping us fulfill our mission of delivering proactive, top-notch service every single week.
Responsibilities
- Vacuum pool floors, steps, and walls; brush and skim for debris
- Clean pump baskets, skimmers, and tiles
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
- Log service updates and photos through the Pool Service Software App
- Communicate clearly with customers and team about pool conditions and care
Qualifications
- Prior pool experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
