JOB SUMMARY

We're on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to help keep our customers' pools sparkling clean and healthy all year long. If you know your way around pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional customer service—you might be the perfect fit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of residential swimming pools
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry to maintain healthy and proper balance
• Inspect pool equipment and report issues as needed
• Maintain an organized and timely route schedule
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Safety is always #1 priority while operating the company owned vehicle and servicing pools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in residential pool maintenance
• Solid understanding of pool cleaning procedures and chemical balancing
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation is a plus
• Must pass a Criminal & MVR background check
• Be at least 18 years old & a high school graduate
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs

COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Bonus opportunities available
• Company vehicle, tools and supplies provided
• Monday - Friday full time hours
