About the Role

We’re hiring a reliable Pool Maintenance Technician to run a local route, keeping residential pools clean, balanced, and operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Skim debris, vacuum floors, brush walls, and clear skimmer/pump baskets.
• Water Care: Test water chemistry and safely add necessary chemicals to keep water clear and balanced.
• Filter Care: Backwash sand/DE filters or hose off cartridge filters on schedule.
• Equipment Checks: Inspect pumps, motors, and pressure gauges daily; report any leak or repair needs.
• Route Logging: Complete your daily route on time and log services via mobile app.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in summer heat.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Friendly communication with homeowners; respectful of private property (closing gates).
• Experience , but willing to train the right person.
