Job Overview: Pool Tek Corporation is hiring a Pool Construction & Renovation Specialist to join our elite construction team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll bring new pool visions to life and breathe new energy into aging backyards. You'll work on high-end residential & commercial properties, performing demolition, construction, repair, and finishing work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects.
- Execute demolition, framing, plumbing, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work.
- Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features.
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Handle materials and equipment loading/unloading.
- Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with project managers.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in Pool Plumbing Installation and Repair (Rough & Finish Plumbing)
- 3+ years of Experience in Pool Electrical (Wiring, Programing, and Repair)
- Experience in pool Construction, Renovation, Landscaping, Hardscaping, or General Trades Required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, bending, standing for long periods).
- Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and complete work independently.
- Reliable, Punctual, and Team Oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs
- Typical shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to seasonal variation)

- Reliable transportation to job sites is required
