Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGDC3 Consulting is looking for a skilled Project Manager to help deliver winning strategies for right-of-center campaigns across Texas and the nation.   • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute political and digital campaign strategies, from concept to delivery
  • Develop and oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource use

Execution & Coordination

  • Manage production of campaign materials, including direct mail, digital assets, and vendor deliverables
  • Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and partners to maintain quality and timeliness
  • Maintain project trackers, ensuring accountability and transparency across teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met and expectations managed
  • Train and guide staff on client communication and project workflows

Operational Support

  • Handle scheduling, logistics, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, or political consulting (Texas campaign experience strongly )
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing direct mail and/or paid digital programs from planning to deployment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Politically savvy, with a deep understanding of campaign dynamics and the Texas political landscape
  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of completing tasks quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable floating between tasks and adapting to current priorities and needs
