Overview of the role
Provide dedicated project management and coordination support to client Group Human Rights for the implementation of Human Rights requirements arising from Project Finance, initially focusing on the Vanguard offshore projects and readiness of the upcoming UK Project Finance pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate implementation of the Vanguard Human Rights Risk Assessment / ESAP actions, including actions, owners, timelines, dependencies and evidence.
• Maintain the consolidated Human Rights action and evidence tracker and coordinate follow-up across Human Rights, Procurement, Legal, HSE and project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain an overview of upcoming Project Finance projects and relevant Human Rights readiness activities, initially DBS, Awel y Môr, Rampion 2 and Boreas.
• Coordinate meetings/workshops, document decisions and proactively follow up actions and escalations.
• Support development of reusable Human Rights / Project Finance processes, templates, readiness checks and governance based on Vanguard lessons learned.
• Support management reporting and provide transparency on progress, decisions, resource requirements and risks.

Key Qualification
• Strong project management / PMO experience in complex, cross-functional corporate environments.
• Excellent structuring, stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive actions across multiple functions and maintain momentum.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic actions and deliverables.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

Must have experience/qualifications
'1. Demonstrated project management / PMO experience in complex cross-functional projects.
2. Ability to independently coordinate multiple senior stakeholders, actions, dependencies and deliverables.
3. Experience in a large international corporate environment and ability to work with limited onboarding and supervision.

Nice to have
• Previous experience with this client and knowledge of client structures/processes.
• Experience with Human Rights, ESG, sustainability or supply-chain due diligence projects.
• Familiarity with client's Human Rights Risk Management System or comparable corporate due diligence systems.
• Experience supporting Project Finance / major infrastructure or energy projects.
