Plumbing Project Manager in Midvale

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage all phases of plumbing projects including rough-in, finish, and commissioning

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Review construction documents, specifications, and submittals for compliance

• Conduct pre-construction planning and coordinate with general contractors and owners

Team & Subcontractor Coordination

• Direct and supervise field foremen, journeymen, and apprentices

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other trades to sequence work efficiently

• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including procurement and scheduling

Financial Management

• Track project costs and forecast expenditures against approved budgets

• Prepare and submit owner change orders; review and approve subcontractor change requests

• Assist with billing, pay applications, and project closeout documentation

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and project specs

• Coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ)

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle

• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve field issues promptly

• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
