Responsibilities:

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures

• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and electrical work

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative measures

• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and share knowledge

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or a related field

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
