Position – Production Worker / Machine Operator

Job Location – Amery, WI

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Shift – 12-hour rotating shifts (work only 15 days a month)

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Starting Pay – $17.00 – $20.40 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience – Entry-level acceptable; manufacturing or clean-room experience

In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and package medical components while maintaining compliance with strict quality and safety standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to teamwork are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and package parts or sub-assemblies using hand tools or automated equipment

Operate injection-molding, assembly, or packaging machinery per instructions

Measure, count, weigh, inspect, and label materials and finished goods to meet quality requirements

Monitor machinery for defects or malfunctions, and report issues promptly

Maintain cleanliness and compliance in a clean-room or GMP production environment

Follow and accurately document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Perform mold press operations and quality checks throughout production

Read and follow all written and verbal instructions to ensure product accuracy


Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy

Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Basic math and measurement skills

Comfortable working in a clean-room or controlled environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
