The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in production management, lean manufacturing practices, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to motivate and lead teams, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure production schedules are met
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve company goals
  
• Implement and maintain best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
  
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or millwork environment
  
• Strong knowledge of AWI standards and high-end architectural millwork production
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and performance effectively
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
