Our client, a leading company in the structural steel industry, is searching for a Plant Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and growth in their facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of plant operations and lead a high-performing team.

We're looking for a jack-of-all-trades—someone who understands how to operate in all environments, can juggle competing priorities, and brings a hands-on mindset to high-level strategy. You'll be expected to not only run the day-to-day but also lead future expansion, optimize systems, and operate as a key player in senior management. • Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, logistics, and maintenance.
• Manage fabrication, welding, and coating operations while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with AISC, CWB, and OSHA standards.
• Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• 7–10+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field ().
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
