Hours: 40 hours per week average over the year, shift work 4 on 4 off (06:00-18:00 then 10:00-22:00 Sat and Sun 06:00-16:00hrs)

What you'll be doing;
Manage the day to day running of the shift teams on the SLF plant., including staff holidays and sickness management etc
Provide adequate and appropriate training to ensure site operations have sufficient resources.
Participate in the site/facility QHS meetings, actively promoting environmental awareness and Health and safety standards
Work with the site management team to ensure day-to-day site operations are run in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
Provide daily tasks to, and supervise a team of operatives ensuring priorities in line with site requirements.
Provide cover for the Site Operations Manager role as and when required
What we're looking for;
Knowledge of COMAH / MAH / OSSOW (Operational Safe Systems of Work)
Previous work within the waste treatment or chemical processing industry, plant control systems and equipment
Knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental systems
FLT trained
Driving licence advisable
