Plant Manager | Montague, MI
Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's operational teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive continuous productivity improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with automation integration or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Proficiency in a second relevant to the local workforce or global operations
- Demonstrated experience in successful new product introduction (NPI) from a manufacturing perspective
