Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership for our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role is responsible for the overall safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability of our operations.

What You'll Do
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM).
- Own the Plant P&L, developing and managing annual operating budgets, controlling costs, and driving initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Foster a world-class safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and corporate standards, and championing a zero-incident mindset.
- Oversee all production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions to meet production targets and customer quality standards.
- Champion the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Drive capital project planning and implementation to support long-term operational strategy and capacity growth.
- Serve as the primary leader for all plant personnel, fostering positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Engineering Manager) with full P&L accountability.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement principles (e.g., TPM, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) with measurable results.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, with experience managing salaried and hourly teams in a union or non-union environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and supply chain logistics.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
