Aegis is seeking a Plant Manager to join our client's organization in Elk Grove Village. The ideal candidate as the following experience:

• 5–20 years in production/operations management in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments
• 5+ years of Leadership Experience: Proven leadership capabilities and experience in training/mentoring/ managing less experienced staff
• Strong experience with KPI development, analysis, and process optimization
• Experience in stock and materials management and planning
• Background in OEM, machine building, or similar low-volume assembly environments
• Strong Analytical Skills: A "numbers person" with a "computer brain" for data, margins, and operational metrics, and someone who can use Excel
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks ; Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
• Balanced leadership – shop floor and office-savvy, comfortable being hands-on and doing office work
