Plant Manager
Location: Marion, OH
Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 + bonus

Are you a proven leader with a strong background in field service management, plant operations, and hands-on mechanical expertise? Our client is looking for a Field Services and Plant Manager to oversee a dynamic team of service technicians, machinists, and support staff. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical know-how, customer engagement, and leadership in a role where every day brings new challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage field service and machine shop teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and with precision
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of advanced industrial machinery
• Direct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for service contracts and shop operations
• Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all teams
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain top-level performance

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of field service technician experience with proven managerial background
• Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
• Strong skills in blueprint/schematic reading, mechanical systems, and precision measurement
• Hands-on experience with machining tools, electrical upgrades, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and customer expectations under tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Up to 65% travel required
