Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct inspections to verify safety and performance
- Record maintenance work and parts usage accurately
- Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly
- Work collaboratively to improve uptime and reliability
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Six (6) months minimum mechanical work experience documented in your application work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)
- Rehire eligibility: after 90 days away, with fewer than three prior terms of employment
- Must be 18+ with valid identification
- Willingness to use basic hand tools
- Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Ability to read/understand assignments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft, stand for long periods, and work in hot/cold or inclement environments
