We’re looking for a leader who blends people leadership with technical rigor. You’ll elevate reliability, champion safety and GMP/food safety, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Your Impact

• Provide direction and coaching to the Maintenance team; set targets and measure results to sustain high performance.
• Run daily maintenance activities—prioritize work orders, allocate resources, and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safe work procedures (including LOTO) and ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
• Own the maintenance budget; contribute to capital planning and ROI justification.
• Lead plant projects—equipment design and development, major overhauls, and machinery relocations.
• Act as the contact for state/federal regulators, local fire officials, and insurance inspections.
• Split your time effectively between administrative planning and on-floor leadership.
• Communicate crisply, collaborate broadly, and keep workstreams organized.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Administrative teams to meet plant goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Evidence of scientific, systematic problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and structured RCA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
• Practical experience with LOTO, basic PLCs, VFDs, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Comfort with machine shop equipment: welders, grinders, lathes, cutting tools.
• Understanding of capital processes and ROI evaluation.
• Hands-on CMMS use and inventory control.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BS or AS in a technical discipline .
• Five years’ experience leading plant maintenance (manager or supervisor) required.
• Familiarity with printing and paper converting machinery strongly .
