A globally recognized leader in manufacturing is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at its Lawton, OK facility. This is a high-impact role ideal for finance professionals with a background in manufacturing and strong leadership experience.

You’ll be responsible for leading key accounting functions, driving financial reporting and compliance, and partnering closely with both plant leadership and corporate teams to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level financial reporting, month-end close, and standard cost management

• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain robust internal control processes

• Collaborate with plant and HQ leadership on reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Oversee material costing, inventory valuation, and support internal/external audits

• Supervise and mentor plant accounting staff

• Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a plant or manufacturing environment

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls (SOX compliance)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ); Hyperion experience is a plus

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lawton, OK
