Job Description
Planning Solicitor- Nottingham - Legal 100 Firm- Hybrid
Nottingham 2 Year PQE +
£40,000 to £100,000

The Role
This role sits in the Public Law, Environment & Planning team, focusing on a range of planning law matters for public and private sector clients.
Key work includes:
- Drafting and negotiating s106, s278 and infrastructure agreements
- Advising on planning, highways, and compulsory purchase issues
- Supporting on judicial reviews and statutory challenges
- Providing due diligence support for property transactions
- Managing your own caseload while assisting on larger, complex projects
You’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate evolving planning frameworks and unlock development opportunities.
You
You’ll be a proactive and commercially minded lawyer with:
- Experience in planning law and related documentation
- Strong drafting, communication and research skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and client relationships effectively
- A collaborative approach with enthusiasm for learning and business development
