Role

A Leading law firm are seeking a Planning Associate (NQ) to join their team in Southampton.

You will join a team led by industry recognised planning lawyers advising on contentious and non-contentious planning matters. This will include highway matters, compulsory purchase work, drafting and negotiating complex Section 106 agreements, judicial review, footpath/highway closures, infrastructure agreements and village green issues.

Candidate

Please apply if you have experience from your training contract in planning law. We are also considering candidates who are already qualified with experience in planning law.
