Planning Manager | Specialist Fit Out Contractor

1-2 Days WFH Available

£100,000 - £115,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits Package

We are partnering with a market leading Fit Out contractor who are looking to appoint a Planning Manager to oversee and manage a small team of Planners working on a range of Commercial, Retail & Healthcare Fit Out & Refurb projects, up to the value of £70m in London.

• Previous Managerial experience is .
• Proficient in ASTA Powerproject.
• JCT Contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A degree in engineering or construction is but not essential.
