Job DescriptionPlanning Manager - London | Up to £115,000 + Package - Datacentres Are you an experienced Planning Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor within their specialist Major Projects Division, managing programmes from tender stage through to handover. The Role As Planning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within the project team, taking ownership of programmes across the full project lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure each scheme is set up for success and delivered to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes from tender through to completion. Leading planning input on bids and tenders, ensuring robust and competitive submissions. Monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising the wider project team. Supporting Project Managers and site teams with accurate planning insights and updates. Embedding best-practice planning processes across the business to drive continuous improvement.About You Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor. Proficient in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
