Freelance Planning Engineer | Data Centres | Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Planning Engineer to support infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects across Germany. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Position: Freelance Planning Engineer

Location: Germany (Remote/On-site/Hybrid depending on project)

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: Varies by project (typically 6–18 months)

Start Date: ASAP or negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align timelines and resources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
