Job Description
Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hpw)\nWe are seeking a Planning Assistant to join Lovell’s South West region, based in Exeter.\nAbout the role\nAs the Planning Assistant, your primary function will be to assist the Head of Planning & Development on all planning activities in the region in relation to all aspects of Mixed Tenure Developments & Development Contracts, both short and long term. This will ensure that appropriate planning consents are obtained, whilst ensuring costs are managed effectively and reviewed.\nYou will assist in the preparation of pre planning programs & budgets along with the co-ordination of the planning design and submission / consultation / discharge processes.
