I'm currently recruiting for a multi- company who is well-established in the local area and the UK. Whilst the company rarely recruit due to a low turnover of staff and long-serving employees, they currently have an exciting and varied role available for a planning and customer service specialist.



Roles/Responsibilities



Manage the planning process from cradle to grave

Speak with customers to establish requirements, update throughout production and ensure timely delivery

Update and manage the internal MRP system

Liaise with production, procurement and customer service teams regularly

Ensure all documentation are loaded and correspond to scheduling and customer needsWhat We're Looking For



Strong ERP/MRP/SAP experience

5 years+ in a planning role

Experience with end customer service
