Planner – Data Centres

Permanent Role | Based Berlin | Accommodation Provided | Initial Flight Covered


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Planner to lead scheduling for a major data centre build in Austria. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6 and CPM methodologies, focusing on the critical path to ensure deadlines are consistently met on this long-term project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using P6 and CPM.
  • Identify and manage critical path activities to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize timelines.
  • Monitor progress and report scheduling status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation related to project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning, preferably in data centre or related construction sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method scheduling.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, no German required.
  • EU passport or German Blue Card.


Package and Benefits

  • Competitive permanent contract salary €70,000 - €95,000 plus 10% car allowance.
