They do this by providing as many high-quality homes as possible and the housing services our need most.\nThis role is currently for 3 months but likely to be extended and could possibly go permanent. \nThe role is Monday - Friday standard office hours and is paying £13.43 per hour.\n\nYou would be required on site 3 days per week - 2 days working from home.
\n\nYour new role \n\nResource Planning:\nProviding effective planning of regional operative's diaries working closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of operational KPIs.\nScheduling:\nMaintaining the scheduling system and provide internal and external customers with timely and accurate information.\nCommunication:\nLiaising with customer service colleagues in relation to appointments and updating of all systems when operatives report issues.\nGDPR Compliance:\nEnsure that all customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.\nDiary management:\nProvide an effective planning service of operative's diary's, working closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of team KPI's.\nCommercial Coordination:\nWorking closely with the commercial team in relation to subcontractor's purchase orders and variation orders to ensure continued value for money and commercial procedures are followed.\nHealth & Safety compliance:\nTake appropriate H&S measures to ensure the safety of yourself, customers and colleagues.What you'll need to succeed \nExperience of working in a customer focused environment. \nExperience of working within agreed performance targets. \nExcellent oral and written communications.
\nProven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. \nMicrosoft Office including Word and Excel. \nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
