We have 3,300 experts in the UK alone, could joining us be your next career move?Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.We are looking for Multi Skilled Shift Engineers with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on a commercial office building in Central London. The purpose of the role will be to deliver day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on Electrical systems and equipment.What you'll do:Be familiar with electrical applications normally encountered within the contractAttend reactive calls and complete.Complete PPMs within stated time framesBecome Appointed Person if the site requiresAssist all client in adhoc tasks.Have a full understanding of all plant and systemCover shift from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7amBecome AP for your site or sites if requiredWhat you'll bring to the role:City & Guild level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimumEngineering position held previously within the service industryExperience of client relationshipsKnowledge of control systemsKnowledge of HVAC systemsIEE 17th EditionIOSH Working Safely minimumEqual opportunitiesWe thrive through embracing , whether they be social backgrounds, , , or expression, , religion, and any other protected characteristic – we know that opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
